There are probably 3 things I really want guitar wise, a billion different strats, an es model and a guitar with a sustainiac.
At the moment I have my eyes on two guitars in particular which seem doable to actually save for, a nick Johnston Strat and a sun Valley super shredder. However, the sun valley super shredder has a EMG RetroActive Super 77 in the bridge and I'm not a big fan of active pickups when they don't add that much to the sound(I tend to feel like they more likely take things away) so Iw as wondering if anyone has experience with these pickups?
