These are etudes, look up Chopin's etudes or Paganini's caprices as other example of etudes, They are usually pretty complex. Besides, these are really kinda licks you can do at any speed you would want to do them. I think if you go to the advanced section you can find other exercises for economy picking that are a bit easier, you could also take a look at economy picking I(that's really the F major scale played up and down) first and just go through the others when you have that one down.

I want to tell in economy picking IV that there are differences between videos and tabs, differences in tone, whether the video is swapped with another ?
