I’ve been doing a little fingerpicking on a song I’m working on. And I’m playing it on acoustic and when I go to move to my next note I get this horrible screeching sound, but it’s easier if I don’t lift my fretting hand all the way when I move as I’m playing the same hand position just at a different fret. Any way to remedy this ? Or do I just need to pick my hand up completely before I slide up a few frets ?
