Thanks so much !!!!! I’m going to try them all and see what I can figure out !
I went through these same steps too, I did notice the sound getting much louder when my kitchen light was on, it has a dimmer switch. Also it changed a bit when the AC runs.

Try plugging the guitar straight into the amp and turn the effects loop off before you run through all of the pedals and patch cables. 😬
