There are a few that stand out, but there are so many.

Tonight (outro) - Ozzy Osbourne (Randy Rhoads)
For the Love of God -Steve Vai
Back for More - Ratt (Warren DeMartini)
Sultans of Swing - Dire Straits (Mark Knopfler)
Under a Glass Moon - Dream Theater (John Petrucci)
Hail to the King - Avenged Sevenfold (Syn)
Wasted Years - Iron Maiden (Adrian Smith)
Dry County - Bon Jovi (Richie Sambora)
    Hounds - Savatage (Criss Oliva)
Song and Emotion - Tesla (Tommy Skeoch I think, but could have been Frank Hannon)
Comfortably Numb - Pink Floyd (David Gilmour)
Wait - White Lion (Vito Bratta)
In a Darkened Room - Skid Row (Scotti Hill)
Atomic Playboys - Atomic Playboys (Steve Stevens)
Cemetery Gates - Pantera (Back when Dime was "Diamond")
Play with Me - Extreme (Nuno Fucking Bettencourt)
Big Trouble - David Lee Roth (Steve Vai)
The Chemical Wedding - Bruce Dickinson (Roy Z)
The Wicked End - Avenged Sevenfold (Syn)

Honestly, with Syn, there's just SO MUCH phenomenal guitar playing that it's hard to pick standouts, and for a lot of different reasons, usually down to feel or phrasing as opposed to "impossible to play."

While I love a lot of solos,
My favorite hands down is the last solo in November Rain 😍
It’s nostalgic to me. It’s when I first fell in love with rock and the sound of a guitar.
I remember watching the music video on MTV while my mom cleaned and was in awe watching slash play in the desert in front of that tiny church lol.

I had something similar with the god on that classic Burn it to the Ground.

@Edward John I was just thinking about this last night. I took a lot of everybody's suggestions from some of our posts a month or two back and listened to a lot of different things. Now obviously Avenged is my favorite. And I do love Sabbath and Iron Maiden above the others.

But I'm also finding that metal and possibly even rock is not my favorite genre. I've been listening to a lot of those LoFi Hip Hop channels, as well as Synth wave and that genre is really where I'm finding myself drawn to learning. They're a bit more blues, jazz, and soul inspired. If anything I'm drawn to A7X because they're so diverse in their musicality. Syn has talked about wanting to do a solo jazz album and I'd be so happy to listen to that. Especially after the guitar piece he did for the Saint Owens commercial.
