Wtf is wrong with my G ?

Hi guys,

I've recently changed my strings from 9s to 10s asked in getting this buzzing noise from my G string. It doesn't seem to be caused my the nut as when I fret it higher than the open string it will still buzz like this. I already had foam to reduce spring noise, but tried adding more it didn't seem to help. Any ideas ? I didn't have this noise previously.

Maybe you're action is simply too low. If you change your string gauge in general you also need to setup your guitar again.

So like more of a rattle instead of a buzz? Like a if you have a card in between your wheels in your bike?

The buzz sounds pretty metallic, so I'd check nothing is loose on your saddle. Maybe loosen the string to check? I'd also check your nut in case something there is causing it too. If none of that works it could be an action issue!

Chris was the closest. I had to completely undo the string so I could thread it through the block again, it must have gone in weirdly so a simple loosen/jiggle didn't fix it. Thanks everyone !
