I’ve been practicing Tapping using different fingers on my right hand (middle, index and ring), but after longer sessions I noticed cramping/tension from my middle finger through my wrist and forearm.

Any advice on hand position or ways to reduce tension while practicing?

where can i find the accurate song tabs for songs that arent in hector trejos course,i wanna learn paradigm and a lot more songs but i cant find accurate tabs anywhere

Ive been playing for 3 years, i can play a bunch of different songs and stuff but if you handed me a guitar and told me to play anything other than a song that ive learned off songsterr i couldnt. I dont know a single scale, any music theory, i can play a ton of chords but couldnt tell you which one is a G or a C or anything else. I dont know where to start.

ive been playing for 7 months and have some songs in my bag and can play some stuff i like but i started looking into improvising and soloing and making my own music and found I had to either learn penatonic scales or learn music theory or both is learning music theory neccisary?
