Anyone have the Schecter omen 6?

I’ve got schecter damien elite 6. It almost has the same specs as the omen 6 and I really love the guitar. It’s great, smooth neck, great sustain and sound.

I had an omen 6 for about 2 years. It broke when I moved but I loved it so much. I actually had an omen 6 fr extreme I bought it used for 200 I would buy another one any day.

I bought a new omen 6 just a few months ago from zzounds.com, and I’m loving it. Smooth neck, set up perfect straight out the box. Plays very well. Only downside is the bolt on neck, and vintage style wiring. Besides that, I am very impressed with it. I really enjoy playing it, everytime I pick it up.

Could you tell me more about the vintage style wiring?

Sure. I bought a new push pull pot to modify it, to split the pickups and get more of a strat sound. But apparently, the way it is wired, you can’t add a push pull pot. Granted, I have never modified an electric guitar. But from my research. I don’t believe you can with the wiring setup of this guitar. If there is a way to modify it, I would like to know. But, I’m still very happy with it the way it is.

I bought one from a pawnshop. when I got it home I did a Periscope video where I took it apart and reassembled it. What i have learned since the live stream is Schecters Humbuckers are freakin bad ass!!!
