flamenco guitar playing help

I need some help learning the basics of flamenco guitar playing I love it but don’t know where to get started also will my acoustic guitar do for flamenco playing or do I need a classical guitar? And where do I get a good one let me know.

For sound and feel you do really need a spanish/classical guitar. I’ve never really did any flamengo type stuff but maybe you can check out thomas zwijssen on youtube. He does some flamengo covers on Iron Maiden songs and he has some videos up explaining how to play some stuff in a flamengo way
