just demoing with some riffs and solos that I haven't played in a while

I was hesitant with getting the cab pack or which to get closest to the album tones, but that hellwin cab impulse response that came with the preset sounds awesome!

A big part of the sound is that 4x12 Hellwin Impulse response

not sure if it's backwards compatible with the AX2xl though

I'd need screen grabs of every tab for every block. I think we're talking about a LOT of screenshots. I would share the resulting preset if I got it to sound close. Most here would consider me pretty trustworthy on that front.

Happy to help, playing that preset happily sent me back to my teenage years pretending to be gates and I would like to spread that feeling around \m/

While I don't think I can share the Impulse response of the hellwin syx file from fractal as a .wav file... because that would be wrong

I think I can share this to help you get close to the drive_amp_cab tone ... if not please delete this post!

basically, run white noise through your AX2 preset and get it as close to this picture provided while viewing it through a frequency spectrum analyzer

yes the fractal syn preset came with the 4x12 Hellwin Mix A

yeah just read that from the gift of tone #13 preset section description that it works with the ax2 and ax8
