I’m Carlos, from Panama City, Panama.
I’ve been dealing with tendonitis on my left hand for a year and half now. I stoped practicing when the pain began, I did my physical therapy, got back at it, but it has never been the same with my left hand since the condition began.
Have anyone here been through this? Any recomendations? Is there anything different apart from therapy that I have not tried?
