Right Hand

I'm Kim. I practice Syn's Alternate Picking and it works pretty easy at first, but when the tempo/speed goes higher my right hand seems to hit a wall (around 100) and sometime it stuck. Can someone help me what is a good exercise for my right hand pick? Thanks

Well, alternate picking is a good exercise. You really got to show us how you do I right now if you want some help. How tense is your wrist and from where do you pick?

If the speed is the only problem, slow it down. Slowly get faster
