Video Uploads to website

I’m trying to upload videos onto my profile through “create a riff” but keeps asking me to verify my account either though Facebook or gmail. When linked to my Facebook but still says that I need to verify my account and when I try though Gmail the site just crashes and the page goes blank. Can anyone please help me?
