My old guitar teacher has always suggested I learn out of a three volume series of Berklee’s Modern Method for Guitar. I’m in book 2 and it is filled with good material, scales in all keys, arpeggios, chord inversions, and Duets. It’s all written in music notation not tabs.
My question is has anyone else gone through these books and what were your results? If you have do you view the fretboard differently?
