Haven’t received ordered guitar

So I ordered a guitar from the store on April 16th but I haven’t actually gotten it despite the Fedex ## saying it was delivered on April 23, then a duplicate ## came up saying that it was being sent back. I’ve sent multiple emails to the @admynster but have received no replies. Is this an issue that anyone else has experienced this and/or is there some more I can do to address this?

Man I wish there were lefties on here! I also wish there were options with no floyd because I have a lot of riffs in different tunings and I’m not about to cut my teeth trying to tune one XD!
