I am a guitar player. I have a gig coming up. I want the ending to be something like in this video. The effect I'm going for starts around at 6:00 and ends at around 7:40 where it drops down somewhat like a siren. It doesn't sound like just guitar feedback to me. And how do I get that siren effect? Any ideas? Thanks.

That looked like bass guitar feedback on the bottom, and either a modulating effect on the guitar that had the rate turned down at the end, or maybe a synth.
