I need help with identifying these chords

I wrote this chord progression just by using my ear so I don't really know what chords they are and when I google the notes I keep getting different answers.

So the first chord has these notes: D# - G# - C# ( I play it on 6th fret - 5th, 4th & 3rd string)
Second chord: E - G# - B ( I play it on "7th fret - 5th string", "6th fret - 4th string", "4th fret - 3rd string")
Third Chord: C# - F# - A# ( I play it on" 4th fret - 5th string", "4th fret - 4th string", "3rd fret - 3rd string")

I'd appreciate it if someone could help me with identifying the chords.

It seems to be G#sus4 first inversion, E C-shape and F# second inversion.
