He's getting tons of heat for it.. I can understand copy right infringement but this just doesn't make sense. And the vodka company isn't really being mature about it either feels like both sides are sour here.

It’s definitely all about the money.
Ghost was actually called Ghost B.C. here in the US for quite some time due you legal issues. Since, there are a shit ton of bands with the name.
My thing is though, ghost is a pretty common word and the vodka company never used any of the bands imagery or even attempted to make it seem like they were connected.
I think the vodka company is going to win this lawsuit.

I think so too. There's talk they shared a tweet years ago but either way the time frames are weird. There's tons of things called ghost including a movie. So it'll be hard for him to convince any judge he owns that word
